Not satisfied with the resolution?


At boodmo, we aim to resolve all customer queries through our regular support process. Customers can raise a support ticket via the app or website, and our team will assist accordingly.


If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your concern through the following levels:

Level 1: First Escalation

If your concern is not resolved via ticket, or you need further clarification.

Level 2: Escalation Team
