I am getting error while changing my phone number




If you encounter an error (as shown in the above image) while attempting to change your phone number in the "My Profile" section, after clicking on "Unlink Phone Number," follow these steps:

  • Take a screenshot (SS) of the error message.

  • Click on the support icon located on the right side of the website or app.



  • Create a ticket and attach the screenshot of the error.
